Waiver and Release of Liability
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Waiver”) is entered into by and between the undersigned individual (“User”) and Queens Production, LLC (“Company,” “Website,” “We,” or “Us”).
By accessing and using www.queensproductionllc.com (“Website”), participating in any activities, and allowing the use of personal photographs, videos, or other media, the User agrees to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk

c. Any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during participation in any related activities.
3. Media Release
By using the Website or participating in any events, the User grants permission to Queens Production, LLC /www.queensproductionllc.com to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, videos, or other media featuring the User, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes without compensation or further notice. The User waives any rights to inspect or approve such materials.
4. No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions
Queens Production, LLC /www.queensproductionllc.com is not responsible for the actions, behaviors, or negligence of other users, participants, or third parties. Any disputes arising from interactions with third parties must be resolved directly with those parties.
5. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By accessing the Website, participating in events, or otherwise engaging with Queens Production, LLC /www.queensproductionllc.com, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver. The User acknowledges that this Waiver is binding and that they are waiving certain legal rights.
